On 13November President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan received a group of scientists and academicians who arrived in to partake in celebrations of the Artsakh State University's 40th anniversary.
     Welcoming guests the Head of the State extended his gratitude to them for accepting the invitation of the NKR President to visit Artsakh and noted that the goal of invitation was to elaborate a cooperation program with scientific and educational institutions of Armenia. Within this framework various problems in different spheres of the Republic's life will be studied and ways to solve them with the involvement of the scientific potential of Armenia will be worked out.
     The President underlined the importance of detailed preparation of the program and its consecutive realization.
     The guests in their turn expressed readiness to support further development of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic in every way possible.
     NKR minister of science and education Vladik Khachatryan, president of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia Radik Martirosyan, rectors of Artsakh State and various universities of Armenia, academicians partook at the meeting.
