On 9 April President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked a consultation dedicated to the construction activities carried out in the country and issues related to the sphere of municipal engineering.
      The Head of the State underlined that the sphere was among pivotal directions of the country's socioeconomic progress and its development positively influences almost every branch of the economy.
      Bako Sahakyan rated positive the growth rate in the construction volumes considering it among the best criteria of the sphere's development as well as the attention the state pays towards it. At the same time the President noted that a number of phenomena in the sphere constituted serious obstacles for its dynamic development. The Head of the State particularly mentioned the necessity of raising the quality of the carried out activities, keeping in the spotlight the process of wage paying and proportionate mastering of the construction profits by the employers.
     Bako Sahakyan gave corresponding instructions to the government and responsible officials of the municipal engineering for efficient regulation of this issues noting that the process would be under his immediate control.
     Premier of the Artsakh Republic Ara Haroutyunyan, members of the Cabinet, heads of construction companies and other officials partook at the consultation.
