For considerable merit in the development of physical culture and sport President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed on April 6 a decree conferring the title of the NKR Honoured Trainer on Arto Arstamyan, a lecturer of Artsakh State University , coach of the NKR national athletics team and Ernest Mirzoyan, head of the physical and combat readiness department of the NKR Police, coach of the NKR national sambo team.
