On May 11 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received Mesrop Araqelyan, former minister of labor and social affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
The head of state voiced his gratitude to Mesrop Arakelyan for supporting the people of Artsakh in the difficult post-war period, highly appreciating the large-scale work done by the former RA official and the structure headed by him, aimed at bringing Artsakh out of the social catastrophe and overcoming the consequences. The President presented Mesrop Arakelyan with the "Mkhitar Gosh" medal, which was awarded to him for his significant contribution to the solution of the social problems of the people of Artsakh.
