President congratulated Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II on his 60th birthday and 12th anniversary of enthronement
On 4 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan together with President Serzh Sargsyan of the Republic of Armenia partook at a festive event dedicated to the 60th birthday and 12th anniversary of enthronement of Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II and delivered there a congratulatory speech. Leadership of the two Armenian states, religious figures, Diaspora representatives and guests from the abroad partook at the event.
