Meeting with members of the Dashnaktsoutyun bureau David Lokyan and Levon Mkrtchyan
On 28 March President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received members of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsoutyun) bureau David Lokyan and Levon Mkrtchyan. Issues related to domestic and foreign policy of Artsakh were discussed during the meeting. Special attention was paid to the issues of developing the Kashatagh region and realizing there different programs. Within this context the Head of the State welcomed the involvement of philanthropists from the Diaspora in the development of the region considering it among the pivotal factors of strengthening the inter-Armenian ties.
