Decrees on awarding

On 15 September in connection with the 20th anniversary of the NKR proclamation President Bako Sahakyan signed decrees on awarding.
The "Gratitude" medals were awarded to philanthropist Aram Izmailyan (Russian Federation) for considerable philanthropic activity and master restorer of the Shoushi Ghazanchetsots church of Christ the Savior Volodya Babayan.
