President received Artsakh native philanthropist Hayk Maghakelyan
On 30 July President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received Artsakh native philanthropist Hayk Maghakelyan. The prospects of realizing different social programs were discussed during the meeting. Bako Sahakyan called important the participation of our compatriots living outside the republic in the development of Artsakh noting the authorities' willingness to assist the realization of such programs by all means.
