On 15 April President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring the rank of colonel of medical service to head of the department of medical service of the NKR Police, lieutenant colonel Sergey Movsesyan.
According to another Presidential decree head of the Kashatagh regional department of the Police, lieutenant colonel Suren Khachatryan was conferred the rank of Police colonel.
