On 14 April President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a law on making changes and amendments to the NKR law "On Civil Status Acts", a law on making a change to the NKR law "On Local Self-Government", laws on making changes and an amendment to the NKR laws "National Assembly Regulations" and "On Official Salary Rate of Top Officials of the NKR Legislative, Executive and Judicial Power Organs", as well as the NKR law "On the 2010-2012 State Property Privatization Program".
