On 15 November President Bako Sahakyan signed laws on making a change and amendments to the law "On the NKR Rescue Service", on making changes to the law "On the NKR Administrative-Territorial Division", on making a change to the laws "On Public Prosecution" and "On Official Salary of Chief Workers in Legislative, Executive and Legal Government Bodies", as well as on making amendment to the NKR judicial code and to the NKR laws "On Securing the Traffic", "On Automobile Transport" and "On Personal Data".
     On the same day the Head of the State signed also a law on putting into operation in the NKR the Armenian law "On Compulsory Insurance of Responsibility Emanating from the Use of Transport Means".
