On 13 June President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited field head-quarters operating in the Martouni regional center.
     The President handed in valuable gifts and financial awards to a group of builders and officers of the Defense Army who had had active participation in road construction and reconstruction in the Martouni region.
    The Head of the State expressed gratitude for the road-improving activities and noted that it had a great strategic significance for our republic.
     Premier of the Artsakh Republic Ara Haroutyunyan, minister of emergency situations of the Republic of Armenia Armen Yeritsyan, his first deputy Edik Barsegyan and other officials partook at the event.
