On 1 October President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on making changes in the decree of the Artsakh Republic "On Forming a State Commission on Coordinating Housing Programs".
According to the decree the commission has the following composition:
Ara Haroutyunyan, premier of the Artsakh Republic, chairman of the commission;
Narine Astsatryan, Artsakh Republic minister of social security, deputy chairman of the commission;
Movses Hakobyan, Artsakh Republic defense minister;
Spartak Tevosyan, Artsakh Republic finance minister;
Karen Shahramanyan, Artsakh Republic minister of municipal engineering;
Boris Alaverdyan, deputy head of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President;
Zoya Lazaryan, chairman of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly's standing commission on social affairs (upon consent);
Vazgen Mikaelyan, mayor of Stepanakert;
Sergey Grigoryan, head of the Askeran regional administration;
Valery Gevorgyan, head of the Hadrout regional administration;
Zhirair Gabrielyan, head of the Martakert regional administration;
Artyom Avanesyan, head of the Martouni regional administration;
Vitaly Danielyan, head of the Shahoumyan regional administration;
Georgy Hayriyan, head of the Shoushi regional administration;
Souren Khachatryan, head of the Kashatagh regional administration.
