On 18 November President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited Prelacy of the Armenian Apostolic Church's Great House of Cilicia and met prelate of the Western Diocese Archbishop Moushegh Martirosyan, members of the Diocese's central executive and religious councils, representatives of local Armenian community.
    The President rated high the role played by the Great House of Cilicia in preserving Armenian national identity in the Diaspora and strengthening its ties with the Motherland. The Head of the State expressed gratitude to the representatives of the Armenian community in assisting our republic noting that Artsakh always felt compassionate attitude of our compatriots from the Diaspora.
    Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, members of the Artsakh Republic's delegation, consular general of the Republic of Armenia in Los Angeles Grigor Hovhannisyan, mayor of the Glendale city Ara Najarian, president of the United Armenian Fund, vice-president of the "Lincy" foundation Harout Sassounyan, philanthropists, public and political figures partook at the meeting.
