Second President of the Artsakh Republic Arkady Ghousasyan, head of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan, vice-premier, minister of territorial administration of the Republic of Armenia Armen Gevorgyan and other officials partook at the ceremony.
