On 31 January President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation dedicated to the construction of infrastructures and dwelling houses in the "Artsakh" residential community and adjacent territories of the capital as well as to the reconstruction of the Stepanakert Memorial Complex.
    The Head of the State noted the importance of carrying out the construction activities in time and with high quality and gave concrete instructions to heads of the appropriate structures.
   Chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook at the consultation.
