President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring the title of the NKR Honored Doctor

On 6 April President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring the title of the NKR Honored Doctor on Hamo Babayan, infectiologist of the "Hadrout regional hospital" Co LTD of the NKR health ministry, for a long-term fruitful activity in the sphere of medicine and in connection with his 70th birthday.
