President Sahakyan signed a decree

On 6 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which in clauses 1 and 2 of the Presidential decree "On carrying out the spring draft and demobilization of servicemen in 2012" phrase "May-June" are replaced with phrase "May-July".
