Primate of the New Nakhichevan and Russian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, bishop Ezras Nersisyan, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation Oleg Yesayan, NKR President's adviser Armen Isagulov, executive director of the "Hayastan" All-Armenian fund Ara Vardanyan, other officials, businessmen and entrepreneurs of Armenian origin partook at the event.
