On 11 December President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Martakert region of the republic.
Partaking at a solemn ceremony of opening a culture palace in the Haterk village the President considered this event significant both for the village and the whole region.
Thereafter the Head of the State visited hydropower stations being built on the Trghe River and inspected on site the carried out activities.
Artsakh Republic premier Ara Haroutyunyan, minister of energy and natural resources of the Republic of Armenia Armen Movsissyan, director-general of the "Hayrusgazard" closed joint stock company Karen Karapetyan and other officials accompanied the President.
