President Sahakyan partook at the reporting sitting dedicated to the work of Martakert regional administration in 2012
On 16 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the town of Martakert and partook at the reporting sitting dedicated to activities carried out in the region in 2012. Head of the regional administration Vladik Khachatryan and chiefs of different departments delivered corresponding reports. In his speech Bako Sahakyan noted that during the reporting period large-scale programs had been carried out in nearly all spheres of the region's life. At the same time the Head of the State mentioned that still many problems existed in the region and for their effective solutions corresponding conclusions should be made and necessary measures should be taken. The President gave concrete instructions in these directions. Prime-minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook at the sitting.
