President Sahakyan received leader of the “Heritage” party Raffi Hovanissyan
On 7 February Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received the leader of the "Heritage" party, Republic of Armenia presidential candidate Raffi Hovanissyan. A number of issues related to the domestic and foreign policy of the two Armenian republics were touched upon during the meeting. Both sides emphasized the significance of close cooperation between Armenian and Artsakh political forces, especially in the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict settlement and international recognition of Artsakh.
