On 1 July President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory letter to the defense minister of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan on his 50th birthday anniversary.
   The letter runs as follows:
   "Dear Mr.Ohanyan,
    I cordially congratulate You on Your 50th birthday anniversary.
   You stand at the origins of the heroic Armenian army and today You continue to serve devotedly for continuous strengthening of the national army, homeland's defense and native people's security.
   The Artsakh people always remember and highly appreciate Your personal contribution in ensuring our victories in modern history. Its vivid evidence is the fact that for many years You honorably carry highest title of the NKR - the "Hero of Artsakh" and the "Golden Eagle" order.
    I congratulate You once again on Your glorious jubilee and wish You peace, health, happiness and all the best to You, Your relatives and friends.
