On 12 December President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on making changes in the composition of the Commission on State Awards under the NKR President. The Head of the State also signed a decree on making a change in the decree on appointing lawyer members of the commission of ethics under the NKR Attorney General and in the decree on making changes in the composition of the lawyer members of the NKR Council of Justice. On the same day Bako Sahakyan signed an order on making changes in the composition of the working group formed by the order of the President signed on February 1, 2008 for elaborating the concept of reforms in the legal sphere and preparing necessary legislative package.
