On 8 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Martouni regional center and convoked there a working consultation dedicated to the issues of the socioeconomic development of the region.
Head of the Martouni regional administration Nelson Soghomonyan, heads of the different institutions and rural communities delivered corresponding reports.
Rating satisfactory the activities carried out in the region in 2012 the Head of the State urged the attendees to pay special attention to the vital issues worrying people and stressed the importance of solving them immediately.
President Sahakyan gave concrete assignments to responsible officials of the region for proper organization and realization of activities.
Vice-premier Artur Aghabekyan and other officials partook at the consultation.
