On 29 March President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at a solemn ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement between "Synopsis Armenia" and "Karabakh Telecom" companies and Alma Mater of our republic held at Artsakh State University.
Afterwards President Sahakyan received in his residence executive director of "Synopsis Armenia" CJSC Hovik Musaelyan and director general of "Karabakh-Telecom" CJSC Ralph Yirikyan.
A number of issues related to the development of information technologies in Artsakh were discussed during the meeting.
The Head of the State highlighted the signing of the cooperation agreement between the above-mentioned companies and Artsakh State University from the viewpoint of developing information technologies and communication spheres as well as securing progress in the fields of higher education and science.
The President underlined that it would create a solid foundation for boosting scientific potential of Artsakh and integration of our republic in global processes.
NKR minister of education and science Slava Asryan partook at the meeting.
