On 25 March President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree releasing superannuating major-general of the Police Robert Shaferyan from the post of head of the Police under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers according to his own application. On the same day the President signed another decree on appointing major-general Kamo Aghajanyan head of the Police under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers. According to another decree signed by the President Robert Shaferyan was appointed NKR Deputy Security Council Secretary.
