Decree on awarding posthumously

On 19 February President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on awarding posthumously NKR Defence Army private Gor Ghazaryan with the "For Service in Battle" medal for bravery shown during the defense of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state border.
