On 2 September President Bako Sahakyan partook at the festive events dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of the Artsakh Republic proclamation.
The Head of State visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid flowers to the monuments of freedom-fighters perished for the independence and freedom of Artsakh, the first speaker of the NKR National Assembly Arthur Mkrtchyan.
Armenia's prime-minister Tigran Sargsyan, primate of Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghоulyan, premier Ara Haroutunyan, RA and NKR officials, representatives of the Diaspora and guests from abroad partook at the events.
