President Sahakyan chaired NKR Security Council meeting
On 7 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan chaired a meeting of the NKR Security Council. Issues related to the organization of the 2013 crop harvest and elaboration of the Republican Civil Defense republican plan were on the agenda of the meeting. For effective organization of the harvest activities President Sahakyan entrusted the Cabinet of Ministers to form a situation room headed by the agriculture minister, which is to realize necessary arrangements and present information on the situation to the President with a 10-day periodicity. The situation room is to be formed before June 15, 2013. Touching upon the second issue on the agenda the President considered important the formation of civil defense's system corresponding to the modern requirements in providing the security of the state and assigned the government to hold additional discussion of project with concerned structures and submit the elaborated version to the President's confirmation.
