On 23 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held meetings with members of the NKR National Assembly's "Dashnakcutyun" (Armenian Revolutionary Federation) and "Democracy" (Democratic Party of Artsakh) factions.
Issues related to the adoption of the 2014 state Budget were discussed during the meeting.
The Head of the State rated high the active role of the "Dashnakcutyun" and "Democracy" factions and the propositions made by them during the state budget discussions, noting that participation of the executive and legislative powers in the adoption of the main financial document of the state had a significant role for the elaboration of balanced and realistic approaches.
