On 18 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convoked an enlarged consultation devoted to the formation of the 2014 state budget.
Minister of finance and economics Spartak Tevosyan delivered a corresponding report.
In his speech President Sahakyan underlined the state budget as always had to maintain its social orientation, paying special attention to development projects. The Head of the State also highlighted the target usage of the budget means, noting that such an approach was one of the important means for ensuring sustainable economic growth.
National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghoulyan, prime-minister Ara Haroutyunyan, representatives of the legislative, executive and judicial bodies partook in the consultation.
