On 17 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met famous Spanish opera singer Plácido Domingo Jr.
President Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the singer for concertizing in Artsakh noting that it contributed greatly to developing culture, deepening intercultural dialogue, adding that it possessed a message of peace. Issues related to realizing a number of cultural programs in our country were touched upon too.
NKR culture and youth affairs minister Narine Aghabalyan, other officials partook in the meeting.
