On 17 November President Bako Sahakyan met in Martakert region's Vank village with participants of the "Artsakh Youth Forum-2013".
A number of issues related to foreign and domestic policy of Artsakh as well as programs being implemented for the youth were raised during the meeting.
According to the Head of the State youth problems are always at the spotlight of the authorities, and the state will continue to do everything possible for solving them efficiently.
Minister of culture and youth affairs Narine Aghabalyan, minister of education and science Slava Asryan and other officials partook in the meeting.
