On 30 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory letter to President Serzh Sargsyan the Republic of Armenia on the occasion of his birthday.
The letter runs as follows:

Artsakh always remembers and highly appreciates Your boundless dedication to the Motherland and native people, your efforts directed towards the protection of their interests and the implementation of nationwide goals and programs.
