On 9 May in capital Stepanakert Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan and President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan were present at the parade of the NKR Armed Forces dedicated to the Victory Day, 20th anniversary of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Defense Army and Liberation of Shoushi and delivered there a speech.
