On November 10 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan sent a letter of condolence to the family of Nairuhi Alaverdyan, NKR National Artist.
The letter reads as follows:
"I learned with deep sorrow about the death of NKR National Artist, soloist of
"Karabakh" pop ensemble, Artsakh daughter Nairuhi Alaverdyan.
Nairuhi Alaverdyan's death is a great loss for our people. Through her unique performances, she kept alive and enriched our national art, presenting it to the world with dignity, enjoying the boundless love and respect of the audience.
On behalf of the people of Artsakh, the authorities and myself I express deep condolences and support to the relatives and friends of the deceased, to our entire people, to her thousands of fans.
The memory of the talented Artsakh woman will always be bright in our hearts."
