The President paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the third Artsakh war
On November 9 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan visited the city memorial and paid tribute to the memory of martyrs of the third Artsakh war, in connection with the anniversary of the martyrdom.
The head of state also visited the military pantheon and laid flowers at the graves of the victims of the Artsakh wars.
