On August 21 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan met with representatives of NGOs dealing with the problems of citizens displaced from Artsakh during the 44-day war, at the Permanent Representation of the Artsakh Republic in Yerevan.
Legal and social issues related to the people of Artsakh temporarily residing in the Republic of Armenia, the importance of the social programs necessary for their return to Artsakh as well as the programs already launched and planned in this direction were discussed during the meeting.
The President of the Republic listened to the observations and suggestions of the NGO representatives on the topic and promised to study them in detail.
Sergey Ghazaryan, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia partook at the meeting.
