President Sahakyan signed a decree

On 9 April President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on making amendments and supplements to the December 12, 2007 NKR Presidential decree "On setting the procedure of activities of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Cabinet of Ministers and other bodies under its authority".
