On 4 May President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the results of considering pardon applications.
According to the Presidential decree 11 convicts were granted pardon. Twenty nine individuals were granted partial pardon.
Pardon applications of 87 convicts were turned down due to the previously committed crimes, negative characteristics from places of imprisonment, nature and gravity of the committed crimes.
