President Sahakyan partook in the “Won Freedom” solemn evening
On 20 February Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan at the Culture and Youth palace partook in the solemn evening "Won Freedom" organized by the Stepanakert Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity in connection with the Artsakh Revival Day. Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan, chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, other officials were present in the event.
