On 9 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received delegation of the French Les- Pennes-Mirabeau city headed by its mayor Michel Amiel.
President Sahakyan considered important the establishment of ties between Les Pennes-Mirabeau and the Martouni town within the framework of sister-cities, qualifying it as demanded for developing bilateral relations, adding that Artsakh paid special attention to deepening friendship with France.
NKR foreign minister Karen Mirzoyan, mayor of Martouni Mher Khachatryan and other officials partook in the meeting.
