Decrees on conferring the title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture
On 23 June President Bako Sahakyan signed decrees according to which for long-term fruitful work and substantial contribution in the field of physical culture and sports the title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture was conferred to Rouben Barseghyan and Yuri Melkoumyan, teacher of physical culture in the Stepanakert Medical College after Tamara Qamalyan.
