On 21 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook at a solemn ceremony of opening the new building of the NKR culture and youth affairs ministry in the town of Shoushi.
President Sahakyan noted the importance of transferring different institutions to the Artsakh's ancient cultural capital considering it a significant factor for further development of Shoushi. The Head of the State underlined that it would also contribute to the protection of historical buildings.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan, speaker of National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook at the event.
