Meeting with Vera Tariverdieva and Russian poet Victor Konoplev
On 23 April President Bako Sahakyan received president of the "Michael Tariverdiev" Charitable Fund, the widow of the prominent composer Vera Tariverdieva and Russian poet Victor Konoplev. Accoridng to Bako Sahakyan the Artsakh people are proud of their compatriot who has become a world-famous composer, adding that his works enjoy great popularity in our country. A number of issues related to the development of music in Artsakh were also discussed. Minister of education and science Slava Asryan and other officials partook in the meeting.
