On 19 February Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address to the re-elected President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.
The address runs as following,
"Respected Mr. Sargsyan
I cordially congratulate You on the convincing victory gained in presidential elections.
Knowing you as a person, statesman and politician who puts the nation's interests above everything else I am confident that You will direct all your efforts, life experience, knowledge and skills to strengthening the Armenian statehood, reinforcing the country's defense capability, realizing national programs.
On behalf of the Artsakh people, the authorities and personally myself I congratulate You cordially once more and wish You peace, robust health and all the best. May success accompany You in Your path to secure and prosperous Armenia."
