Consultation with the supreme command staff of the NKR Defense Army

On 31 January Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convoked a consultation with the supreme command staff of the NKR Defense Army at the head of defense minister Movses Hakobyan.
A number of issues related to army building, situation along the Karabagh-Azerbaijan-border and amelioration of social conditions of the servicemen were discussed during the consultation.
