On 25 January Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Askeran region.
In the villages of Patara and Khanck the President got acquainted with the construction of the community centers.
In the Khanck village Bako Sahakyan also met members of the community and discussed issues related to the problems existing in the village and the ways to solve them.
In the Astghashen village President Sahakyan visited the local cultural center and got acquainted with its activities.
The Head of the State highlighted the balanced development of rural areas, pointing out that it had crucial meaning for Artsakh from the economic, demographic and other perspectives.
The President was accompanied by National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghoulyan and others officials.
