President Sahakyan partook at solemn events dedicated to the jubilee of Nelson Stepanyan
In connection with the 100th birthday of double Hero of the Soviet Union Nelson Stepanyan on 28 March President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan accompanied by the country's leadership visited central park of the capital and laid flowers to the hero's monument. After that the Head of the State partook at a solemn event dedicated to the jubilee of Nelson Stepanyan held at the Stepanakert Youth and Culture Palace.
